Ongoing responsibility for named workflows or product areas: agreed checks and failure-alert review, maintenance, and planned improvements. The proposal specifies the systems covered, review cadence, response windows, improvement milestones, volume limits, and renewal and cancellation terms. Major rebuilds, new workflows, 24/7 coverage, and unlimited requests are not included by default. Progress is reviewed against these responsibilities and agreed results, rather than an hourly allowance.
The initial review is free. Implementation is quoted for an agreed scope. Ongoing work has a fixed monthly fee based on the systems, responsibilities, volume, and support agreed. Quotes in US dollars, plus applicable taxes. Software, hosting, and AI usage fees are scoped separately. No ongoing retainer is required for a one-time build.
You receive the agreed documentation and handover, with ownership, access, and support terms set out in the proposal. Your team can run the system independently, or we can agree a monthly partnership for continuing maintenance and improvements.
